If you’re unable to attend, your deposit can be transferred to a new time slot with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Perfect Youth Ltd – Policies & Terms
1. Booking & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost and used to order your product. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit can be transferred to a new date.
• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit will be forfeited.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook and will lose their deposit.
4. No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may limit future booking privileges.
5. Refunds
Deposits and treatments are non-refundable, except in the case of provider cancellation or a medical reason (with documentation). Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.
6. Medical & Health Disclosure
It is your responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
7. Age Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older for most aesthetic treatments. ID may be required.
8. Patch Tests
Patch tests are recommended for treatments involving tint, glue, or certain skin products. Please arrange this at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
9. Children & Guests
Due to safety and insurance, no children or extra guests are permitted in the treatment room.
10. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour.
